Enjoy our most popular wine tour from Florence: the Chianti Classico wine region. Our Chianti Classico Exclusive wine tasting tour is a memorable day to enjoy and learn about the history and winemaking process in a specific wine region. Each winery is selected by a level three Sommelier, letting you sample a wide range of styles. Including Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Gran Selezione, and Supertuscan wines, produced in different parts of the Chianti Classico area, to give you an exhaustive wine experience. We give priority to organic wineries, family-owned and authentic locations, avoiding the usual spots where others take you. So the great value is to visit off the beaten path, even on a wine tour.

We will visit three selected wineries, ranging from family, organic, and sustainable to award-winning wineries with historical cellars. All surrounded by amazing views and settings. The selection is hand-picked so we don’t have a standard list of wineries; we like to customize our tours anytime to meet our clients’ needs and to create unique days each time. In each winery, we will visit the cellars, the grounds, and we’ll learn about some winemaking as part of our culture and tradition. Wine tastings will include several types of wines and extra virgin olive oil. Lunch will be a mouthwatering 3-course food and wine pairing session.

Description of Destination

Your day always starts with a front door pick up, and throughout the full day, you will be led by a professional wine guide.

Part of the activities are indoors, like during cellar visits, but also outdoors while visiting the vineyards, most of the tastings are done outside during the spring and summer time, anytime the weather is beautiful, and the temperature is nice. Otherwise, the tastings are done indoors in case of excessive heat, rain, and/or cold weather.

Duration: 6-9hrs

The tour is a full-day, ranging from 6 to 9 hours in total, from the moment of pick-up and drop-off at your front door. Pick up outside the city center is available as well as specific locations like villas and apartments in within a 20 km distance from Florence are included in the price.
