Hosted in the chef’s home, set among centuries-old olive trees, the experience begins with a guided olive oil tasting. You’ll then move into the kitchen, where olive oil takes center stage in every recipe. Together, you’ll prepare a dessert, make fresh pesto from scratch, and cook the iconic Roman dish aglio, olio e peperoncino, learning how aroma, texture, and balance influence each preparation. The experience concludes with a relaxed meal featuring everything you’ve cooked, thoughtfully paired with local wine.
