Overview
It’s on Monte da Oliveira Velha, between Évora and Estremoz, that our Amor é Cego (Love is Blind) is born.
In the family for three generations, this is a special place in the heart of Alentejo. Five hectares lined with olive trees, which our grandfather tended his entire life, are where the olives that produce Amor é Cego olive oil grow.
A dream we realized in 2015, of which we are proud, and which preserves and honors a rich heritage spanning over seven decades.
This is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil from Galega, cold-pressed, balanced and harmonious, preserving the Galega heritage: ripe fruitiness, with notes of tomato and dried fruit, and a slightly spicy finish. Tasting it in the shade of the olive trees where it comes from and in the company of its producers can be unforgettable. For us, welcoming guests is always inspiring.
Learn about our story. We offer a genuine experience that includes a visit to the farm, followed by a technical olive oil tasting.
