By working in pairs at individual cooking stations, you’ll receive hands-on guidance from expert chefs and use high-quality ingredients to prepare a traditional Spanish paella, a mouthwatering dish. After cooking, sit down in our antique dining room to enjoy your creation, along with Spanish appetizers, desserts, and wine pairings.

Dining: A 120-year-old private dining room with a story to tell — once the building’s original boiler room, later transformed into a wine and liquor cellar, then a storage space, and now beautifully restored as our intimate and atmospheric dining room. Every brick holds a piece of history.
