Led by one of our chefs, this tour takes guests on a journey through iconic taverns and restaurants to enjoy a traditional tapa and drink at each stop while learning about the history and recipes behind these local treasures. Afterwards, guests return to our 120-year-old private dining room to enjoy an intimate full-course dinner.

Description of Destination

Tour (Outdoor part): Walking tour to four traditional bars or taverns in the center of Madrid.
Dining (Indoors part): A 120-year-old private dining room with a story to tell — once the building’s original boiler room, later transformed into a wine and liquor cellar, then a storage space, and now beautifully restored as our intimate and atmospheric dining room. Every brick holds a piece of history.
